1. Turn On/Off LED Light
(1) Turn on sequently, the Power → Speed Regulator (required by the frequency converter) →LED Lamp (proper gear) → Cooling Fan (starts automatically after 3ms) → Works normally after 10ms.
(2) Turn off LED Light → Cooling Fan stop 5-8 ms later → Speed Regulator → Turn off the power lastly.
Notices
1) Turn on the lights one by one with an 1-minute interval (No turning on together).
2) Cooling fan should last working for some time until lamp tube cools down after turn off the light.
3) When the light turned off, it should be turned on again until the lamp is completely cooled down.
4) After the lamp is turned on, it cannot be used immediately because it need some time for preheating. The warm-up time is short in summer, and slightly longer (about 3 minutes) in winter.

If dental curing light has high and low light intensity mode, the light should be turned on at high intensity which can make a shorter preheating for the lamp. When the lamp is preheated completely, the light can be use freely.

2. Lamp Maintenance
(1) The maximum working life of LED lights is usually 1500-2600 hours. It should be replaced when the lifespan comes.
(2) During the application period, LED lamp should be cleaned the tube surface, the reflector on the surface with anhydrous ethanol one time in 1-2 weeks. Then turn the LED lamp tube 180 degrees. Remember to replace the reflector of the lampshade after it loses a mirror effect.

3. Speed Regulation
(1) How to select the speed: When the dental light curing start to solidify resin at a certain speed, then speed up to * 0.8 until the light cure will be completed and stopped.
(2) About the curing time, it is longer, and the speed is lower accordingly.

4. Transformer & Capacitor
(1) The incoming terminals of dental curing light transformer should be selected according to the voltage on site.
(2) After the capacitor is used, it must be discharged when it is repaired. This is important for equipment maintenance and the safety of the operator.
Additionally, the ultraviolet rays of the dental curing light are harmful to the eyes and skin. Thus it is necessary to keep the skin and eyes away from ultraviolet rays during the operation and daily maintenance.
