Root Canal Treatment Instrument has gradually been a necessary therapy equipment for dentists. It can make dentists work efficiently to save time, relax and keep health. The root canal treatment instruments are supposed to be properly maintain for longer service life after a long period of high-load work. Today, some maintenance tips for the instrument will be introduced as below:

Main Unit
The main uint should be protected from high temperature, overheating, moisture, dust, collision and avoided violent vibration when moving. It is covered against the dust after it is not used. Avoid liquid penetration into the instrument and keep its performance and safety.
The root canal micromotor should be regularly checked for the performance by maintenance team.

Handpiece
The handpiece is checked regularly and is certainly kept on the state of good conduction. And then check whether it is damaged or aged. If so, replace it in time.
Prevent the handpiece line from knotting and bending at a small angle when using the root canal therapy instrument.
Prevent it from sunlight or overheating, handle and use it carefully against falling and bumping.

Curved Dental Turbine
Firstly remove the root canal file from the instrument.
Unlock on the bent part of handpiece and take out its transmission gear.
Turn and insert the spraying nozzle into the outer sheath of the handpiece. spray lubricant inward for over 2 seconds.
After spraying, the transmission gear is reinstalled and the bending part is locked tightly. Then place it on the multi-functional base of the instrument.
The handpiece should not be immediately sterilized with high temperature and pressure until it is well-lubricated for some time.
The turbine handpiece of the therapy instrument is supposed to be replaced once a year. The replacement procedure follows each parameter chapter of the accessory installation.
